Line Cook
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing our signature east coast wings and other menu items with consistent quality, speed, and attention to detail during service hours.
- 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Weekend and evening availability required
Front-of-House Server
As a Server at East coast wings, you'll be the face of our brand — delivering warm hospitality and outstanding dining experiences. You'll guide guests through our menu of bold-flavored east coast wings, take orders accurately, and ensure every table leaves happy.
- Previous serving experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
Shift Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our team during peak service periods. You'll oversee both front and back-of-house operations, coach staff, handle customer concerns, and ensure our east coast wings are served to the highest standards every time.
- 2+ years restaurant experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- ServSafe certification preferred
Delivery Driver
Help bring the bold taste of east coast wings directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safe, timely, and friendly delivery of orders throughout the St. Augustine area, representing our brand with every drop-off.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle and smartphone for navigation
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-service oriented
- Familiarity with St. Augustine and surrounding areas
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help spread the word about East coast wings across digital channels. You'll create engaging content, manage social media accounts, coordinate local promotions, and capture the energy of our restaurant to build our online community and grow brand awareness.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content creation
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong written communication and storytelling ability
- Passion for food culture and the East coast wings brand
